Key Role and Responsibilities
The Country Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security management of all organization's premises and project sites, ensuring permanent monitoring and assessment of the country's security situation, referring to and implementing technical safety management guides and protocols. He/She will also advise the Country Director and the senior management team on all safety and security issues and provide appropriate security training and coaching.

Development and updating of Country Security plans, SOPs and emergency plans
Day-to-day security management

Qualifications and skills required:
At least 2-3 years of field experience in unstable areas; preferably in Africa, Asia or the Middle East;
Extensive experience in security procedures and management;
Established communication and organizational skills;
Ability to train, mobilize and manage national and international teams;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work in an unstable and changing environment;
Be willing to work and live in remote areas in simple conditions;
Ability to be creative and independent, in the field and in the office;
Extensive experience in security procedures and management;
Established communication and organizational skills;
Ability to train, mobilize and manage national and international teams;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work in an unstable and changing environment;
Be willing to work and live in remote areas in simple conditions;
Ability to be creative and independent, in the field and in the office;
Conditions:
Salary defined by the organization salary grid according to level of education, expertise, level of security and level of experience: between 3300€ and 4500€ net monthly (before income tax)
Monthly living expenses allowance $300
Accommodation in guesthouse and food supported by organization.
Social security, mutual insurance (MSH) and repatriation assistance (SOS International) supported by organization.
Transport to the mission and return ticket fully covered every 6 months (to the address specified on the employment contract)
Visa fees covered by organization.
R&R every 3 months (airfare covered up to $500 + additional allowance of $200)
A week of preparation for departure including 3 days of immersion safety training
Possibility to have a 30-minute call with a tax consultant
Psychological support (appointment with a professional)
Monthly living expenses allowance $300
