We have an opportunity available for a Corporate Security and Crisis Management Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, embedded with one of our clients, a large, international e-commerce company. Working on-site with our client, the role will assume responsibility for developing and implementing physical security and crisis management initiatives across the Southeast Asia region.

This position is being recruited as an initial 12-month contract, with good potential for further extension.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with leadership teams to enhance crisis preparedness and manage emergency response in the Southeast Asia region (circa 60%).Develop and implement policies to enhance the physical security of workplaces and the safety of employees in the region (circa 40%).
Promote a culture of security awareness by conducting training and communicating with staff.
Support regional risk identification activities.
Provide support during real-time response activities.

Requirements:
5-7 years of physical security and crisis or emergency management experience gained in a corporate environment.
Experience in managing the response to significant disruptive events.
Strong understanding of crisis management and incident response.
Knowledge of industry standards for crisis management and business continuity and operational risk management (ISO 22301, BS11200, ISO31000).
Ability to communicate and engage with non-security people to explain terminology in a non-technical way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing and delivering presentations and training sessions.
