Purpose
The purpose of the Executive Protection Security Specialist is to provide close personal protection of designated client representatives and their personal members (family, affiliates, etc. on an as needed basis for long term or short term periods. The goal is to provide direct and immediate protection 24 hours a day for the duration of the required period.

Protecting client and their personal members with all defensive measures approved by company from harm of any type Assess risks, vulnerabilities and threats to the client and their personal members, (physical, electronic, etc. and generate protection plans and measures to eliminate or mitigate these risks. Create operational plans for client’s travel within and outside of Canada and accompanying clients during these travel periods Create site plans for client’s locations that they spend most of their time such as learning and memorizing entrances, exits and parking situations for exfiltration of client and their personal members safely Maintain client’s confidential information safely Performing surveillance while a client is at a particular place Ensuring no other individuals or companies are participating in counter surveillance Other duties as assigned and confirmed by company.

Ability to work all days or night of the week and on a rotation for several weeks at a time Certified Executive Close Protection Specialist Designations will only be considered or with a commensurate military experience in this field.
Willingness and ability to travel anywhere in the world for up to three weeks at a time. Demonstrate knowledge of operational threat and risk tools in a variety of settings.
Confirmed proficiency with tactical equipment up to and including firearms. Understand and use satellite communications, two way radios etc.
Must be physically fit, able to stand for long periods of time, but be able to lift 50kg. Certification in tactical driving skills Must be able to lead a team and must be able to be led.
Must have required First aid with CPR and AED training Demonstrated proficiency in situation reporting Multilingual is an asset Compensation : Compensation will be based on candidate's proven qualifications and experience by the hiring manager.
