Summary:
TOR for AVSEC Mentoring and Instructor’s service includes but not limited to:
Provision of ongoing monitoring and evaluation of security staff operational performance
Identifying weaknesses and areas where remedial training may be required
Provision of feedback to Aviation Section and remedial training to Aviation Security personnel whenever required
Promotion of Aviation Security culture
Class size of 15 participants. Maximum class size of 20 participants.
