Description
Static unarmed security guard shift supervisor: The client requires unarmed security supervisors to provide oversight of the unarmed guard force at their office and associated residencies. The supervisors will work on a shift pattern, rotating between a morning, afternoon, and night shift on a scheduled basis

The supervisors will work on a shift pattern, rotating between a morning, afternoon, and night shift on a scheduled basis
Tasks
Management and oversight of all aspects of the guard shifts.
Reporting to the Senior Shift Manager/Project Manager/Client representative regarding service delivery.
Visiting all guard locations within a shift.
Incident response in line with company protocols.
Regular liaison with the client representative.
Other duties as required by the client and Senior Shift Supervisor/Project Manager within the scope of the contract.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
Reporting to the Senior Shift Manager/Project Manager/Client representative regarding service delivery.
Visiting all guard locations within a shift.
Incident response in line with company protocols.
Regular liaison with the client representative.
Other duties as required by the client and Senior Shift Supervisor/Project Manager within the scope of the contract.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
Previous experience as a static unarmed security guard shift supervisor
Reliable, task focused, good time keeping
Professional demeanor and self-discipline
Experienced in the use of VHF radio systems and GSM phones
Experience of providing clear guidance and instructions to guards
Guyanese; due to local content laws
Ex Guyanese Defence Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, or equivalent
Minimum high school education certificate, or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication in English
Physically fit; this will be tested periodically
Clean driving licence
Able to swim
Minimum 3-year experience in the security industry
