About the role
In this role as a Global Security Director, Information and Analysis you will be professionally accountable for the execution of world-class, forward-leaning, 24/7 intelligence cycle-led security information & analysis outputs.
You will:
Contribute to the evolution and innovation of International SOS’ multimedia, audience-centric digital content agenda through being a member of the Content Services Business Unit and Security Leadership Teams.
Ensure quality of analysis across all regional and country life teams informing life safety and business continuity decisions of companies and organisations.
Ensure full and consistent integration of our security intelligence into our security assistance case management and threat-led operational positioning and decision making
Maintain strong partnerships with the medical information and analysis colleagues to ensure alignment on threat horizon scanning, priority information requirements, International SOS’ ‘party line’ position on topics, especially during incidents and crises so that we are producing ‘comprehensive’ content by design when required
Drive the development of improved and additional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the security information & analysis team in line with those of the Content Services business unit and in line with the changing market and business requirements
About you
Ideally you will have:
Worked in a fast paced environment handling response to security situations where you have developed extensive operations management, crisis management and security risk management experience across multiple countries and regions
Led international teams before – you’ll be a strategic leader ensuring quality of the seminal thought space on security issues worldwide informing information, assistance and crisis management deliverables of International SOS
Broad technical expertise – strong knowledge and demonstrated experience of intelligence cycle principles to produce actionable information & analysis, understanding of risk management concepts, application of intelligence cycle principles to produce actionable information & analysis
Previous intelligence operations experience gained with an external Government agency, Government intelligence analysis, military or policing (with an international dimension) is an advantage.
