The Security Manager position will be based in Bahrain.
Job Duties:

Managing such tasks as program planning, program evaluation, identifying and resolving security related issues, and advising organizational leadership on appropriate Physical Security and AT/FP measures.
Supervising the day-to-day activities of a medium sized guard force, including scheduling, training, briefing, application of resources and quality control.
Interpret and apply various DoD, DLA, Service and local policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
Complete the ATO Level II Course a minimum of every 3 years.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience shall include three (3) years of Physical Security and Antiterrorism/Force Protection management within the past five (5) years.
Must have completed the Antiterrorism Officer Level II (ATO Level II) course within the last 3 years and have attended a DoD-affiliated Physical Security training program at the time of appointment.
Specialized experience must include exercising primary responsibility for a physical security program, conducting intrusion and physical security surveys, completion of site-specific Vulnerability Assessments.
