Contract Security Guard (CSG)
Responsibilities:
Contract Security Guard (CSG) personnel employed under this contract shall provide static installation access control, static perimeter security, roving security patrols, operate the Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) or perform any other security related functions associated with the protection of the site, existing materials, property, and personnel. The CSG requirements are a 24/7/365 operation working with teams on a 3-shift/day schedule.
Qualifications:
All candidate employees shall:
a. Be a U.S. citizen. Dual citizenship is not allowed.
b. Be at least 21 years of age.
c. Be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
d. Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract.
e. Meet all standards of the individual Reliability Program and as required by the contract.
f. Prior military, law enforcement, and/or contract security experience preferred.
g. Qualify and maintain certification on customer-provided weapon system (M16/M4 carbine).
h. Have a clean driving record with valid driver’s license.
i. Obtain and hold a Secret Security Clearance (current, active clearance preferred).
All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and physical examination, a drug screen, and psychological assessment. Additionally, all candidates will be required to complete a paid pre-deployment training course.
Place of Performance:
The position is located in Israel, and requires a one (1) year deployment. Furnished housing, life support services, and daily per-diem will be provided. Travel to Israel and to the work site will be provided by the company. Candidates will be required to work 8-hour shifts, with a maximum number of worked days of 24 in a 30-day period.
