Description
The Security Manager will work as an embedded consultant within our client, a Hong Kong-based technology company to provide security subject-matter expertise as part of an acquisition. The initial duration of this contract will be 4-months, however there is good probability that this will be extended further.

Role tasks and responsibilities
Successfully deliver the the client's regional security program, engaging with local site, country, and area business leaders to provide security subject matter expertise.
Function as an extension of the clients global security team.
Build collaborative cross-functional partnerships and contribute to Multi-Disciplinary Teams, within Security, Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Legal teams, leading training and awareness sessions.
Serve as a key liaison for partnerships with regional and local teams to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, clear and precise writing skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
Support business leaders in response to security related incidents while maintaining confidentiality and the highest standards of customer engagement.
Implement the risk treatment strategy identified during security review processes.
Design and develop training products for regional teams, and deliver threat awareness briefings

Requirements
8 to 10 years corporate security experience
Supply chain and warehouse security experience highly desirable
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
