Role Requirements
Essential

(Candidates will be required to provide certificates to corroborate their credentials prior to deployment)English speaking expatriate with excellent Communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a similar role.
Not less than 5 years previous military or law enforcement experience.
Completed recognized PSD/CP course to level 3.
Must hold an in date FPOS-I or FREC 3 qualification or higher.
Experience interacting with multi-national and local national personnel.
Proven IT skills in all Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
Previous Kurdistan region experience.
Strong liaison experience including local government forces and third-party suppliers.
Experience of managing both mobile and static security operations in a complex environment.
Experience in the maintenance, review, and continuous improvement of security and safety management systems.



Services

Services provided by the Contractor shall be those typically expected for someone in the position and include, but not be limited to the provision of security services to ensure the safety and security of all client staff and other personnel who come under duty of care of Exterran, Kurdistan. Services the Contractor can expect to carry out, would include:

Conducting duties as Security Manager to include but not limited to the protection of clients, company contractors and assets within living and working premises also during mobile security missions outside of secured areas.Briefing the client PoC on any incidents applicable to the operating environment and activities.
Fully managing any medical or trauma emergencies.
Daily management of the GW local national guard force; daily operations and routine briefing, discipline, rotation planning, payroll, welfare and training.
Producing and delivering security briefings to clients when required.
Complying with company and clients policies and regulations.
Producing clear written and verbal reports when required.
Remain patient and flexible at all times to the client’s needs without compromising safety.
Liaising with local security forces.
Reviewing incident investigation reports.
Investigating major incidents by obtaining information from various sources and analyzing data, recommend process adjustments to decrease potential recurrence.
Providing detailed information regarding security incidents both within site and external to site to PPCL Security Manager as soon as is practicable. Speed is of the essence in order to determine further mitigating actions to prevent further or future safety & security repercussions
Sharing Incident information with Transporters and recommend / coordinate necessary mitigation measures.
Responsible for the security coordination and information flow for all Transportation of Material deliveries to the Job Site.
Delivering training in line with GardaWorld requirements
Undertaking any other direction or reasonable request given by appropriate GardaWorld Management team in accordance with GW Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
