Description
We are seeking Libyan National candidates for an exciting Safety & Security role with a leading Oil & Gas services company operating in Libya. This role will be based either in Shararah or A103 fields, depending on location, and knowledge of these areas is desirable.
We are seeking expert consultants of all levels to deliver high quality Security & Risk Management support to clients across the region.
Requirements
Required Experience2+ years of experience corporate International Security Risk Management or Health & Safety
Must be a Libyan National, residing in Libya
Excellent communication (oral and written) English and Arabic is required
Good understanding of Oil & Gas production processes
Strong inter-personal skills with an ability to listen, learn and demonstrate initiative
Experience building and leveraging cross-functional partnerships and elevating security awareness
Flexibility to respond 24/7 to urgent matters with a bias for decisive action
Desirable Experience5+ years of experience in corporate International Security Risk Management or Health & Safety
Degree qualification in related field (Security, Risk Management, Criminology, etc.)
Working knowledge of physical security technologies, methodology, and force management
Professional Attributes:Ability to make decisions and solve problems especially where there is ambiguity or conflicting interests
Comfortable shifting priorities and simultaneously engaging in multiple projects
Ability to integrate security into business decisions and subsequent creation/improvement of associated processes
Desire for continuous learning and broadening skillset
