Job Description
Arcfyre Group in South Africa are currently recruiting for a Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Lead in Johannesburg, South Africa.
GSOC supports, identifies, analyses and facilitates emergency response and crisis management on a global scale.
Experience:-
10 years operational experience in the security industry of which 4 years should be in a managerial position.
Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relations and long term strategic business partnerships.
Must have international exposure.
Skills:-
Proactive, assertive, resourceful, intuitive, self- starter and goal driven.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
Be comfortable / competent drafting reports and presenting at management level.
Strong leadership skills.
Sound problem-solving & decision-making ability.
A strategic and Innovative leader.
Strong customer focus & industry knowledge.
Security risk management qualification (degree/diploma).
PSIRA certified & business firearm competency.
Be computer literate (MS Suite).
Advantageous Skills:-
Multilingual ability (German, French, Arabic, Spanish) an advantage.
Physically competent.
Emergency/Disaster management training.
FPOS medical qualification (ITLS).
Analytical and working knowledge of open source intelligence structures.
CSMP/CPP/ISMP certification an advantage.
