Job Description
We are seeking a Security Services Coordinator!
This individual will work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential tasks to support business unit. Communicates with and provides services to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates supervisor on status of projects.
Essential Functions:
Record and track the Process on Offender Reports / Intelligence Database Program and GSAR Program (Alerts / Do Not Sails). This includes cross-referencing data to ensure no discrepancies and proper research was conducted.
Purchasing for Security Services, Lost and Found and Building Security. Maintain monthly Visa Log / Invoice Coding / Processing / Approvals
Research for CCL Departments and Special Projects (ex: provide discovery to outside legal counsel for cases involving lawsuits against CCL, statistical data when requested to Corporate Maritime Security, Marine Operations, etc.)
Prepare and Maintain all Security Logs to include: Quarterly SVR Log to Corporate, Port Crime Reports, Security Breach Reports, Shoreside Incidents, Investigative Logs, Man Overboard, Monthly Ship Reports
Department Scheduling / Kronos Timekeeping / Booking Travel / Weekly notification to ships and shore side Department Heads of Duty Investigator’s contact information
Departmental document compliance to include Coast Guard Secure Phone compliance (STU), Passports, Global Entry, Port ID and TWIC cards / File Maintenance / Scanning / Filing / Faxing / Overnight mailings
Record Retention Liaison – inventory management (internal and external storage)
Prepare and Maintain Statistical Data to include Monthly Executive Summary and Narcotics Intelligence / Hess Reporting to Corporate
Coordinate Early Boarding Requests / Order uniforms for shipboard security / Process Building Facilities work orders
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in criminal justice or police science preferred
2-4 years of related experience.
Possess excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Graphs / Charts required
Work as a team member and independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Well organized and adept at managing peak workloads.
Uncompromising personal integrity as well as a high level of respect for all individuals.
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a face-paced, confidential and dynamic work environment with little to no supervision.
