Responsibilities Include:
Development of exercise scenarios, exercise operation plans and support planning execution. Assist with joint forces exercise planning. Exercise planning is for both opposing forces [ OPFOR ] and friendly forces. The exercises are focused on improving force readiness and the ability to complete the mission. Provide pre-event planning as needed. Develop and brief exercise options to Sr. leaders. Perform mission analysis, and finalizes exercise planning by providing concept of operations and writing exercise orders. Create action reports and builds after action briefings for senior client leaders. Utilize existing resources to develop exercises of Joint and Combined training events. Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.

BA/BS a minimum of 6 years of experience; Masters and 4 years of experience or High School diploma / equivalent with 10 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree . Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a commissioned officer CO, non-commissioned officer NCO, or similar relevant experience Able to travel both CONUS and OCONUS in support of the program Top Secret Clearance . Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Combatant Command or Joint Task Force Information Operations and Strategic Communications organizations and/or future operations/plans organizations
