Role Positioning And Objectives:
To provide a continuous, coordinated, and comprehensive risk management and security service, of the highest quality, ensuring that threats to TM&D personnel, assets, and business operations/activities within (country) are accurately identified, evaluated, and countered in a timely and efficient. Aligned to the Corporate Security Strategy, prioritize, coordinate, and control activities, processes, and resources under its responsibility in compliance with the functional objectives of preventing and mitigating the likelihood of risk and incident occurrence. Supporting the Managers involve in cases where the company assets are compromised and other situations arising in their responsibility.

What Will You Be Accountable For:
Provide timely advice based on analysis/assessment of security risk/threat and impact to enable well informed business decision.
Develop and execute security plans to meet company business objectives.
Based on a risk assessment methodology, own the security prioritization process for all TM&D sales routes and facilities.
Continuously review, implement and maintain effective security policy, procedures and practices to ensure safety and protection of TM&D personnel, assets, information and business operational activities.
Execute, supervise, and control security strategies to protect every TM&D facility within its area of responsibility, in order to avoid losses of company assets and preserve the physical integrity of people working in them.
Conduct validations of theft and misappropriation of company assets in a joint effort with Regional Security Managers.
Be responsible for that all sales routes nationwide have their respective security scheme.
Ensure that all TM&D Regional Security Managers perform annually risk assessments of all Sales routes, Point of Sales (POS), and itineraries at nationwide level.
Ensure that all TM&D Regional Security Managers perform security risk assessments to all facilities nationwide
Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, the monthly activities and those special events that require attention.
Keep advised the Corporate Security Manager, of daily security environment in the region.
Keep updated security reports and indicators of all tasks performed by the Management.
Elaborate monthly security incidents report and management performance indicators to be presented to the Head Of Security Manager.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Security professional with a university degree and 5 to 10 years of proven experience in the area of Security and Distribution.

Build effective working relationship with internal and external partner groups.
Requires analytical skills, ability to direct and supervise staff and to establish interpersonal relationships at different levels, the availability is necessary to move to different functions within the company.

Written and spoken proficiency in both Spanish and English.
