Sincerus is seeking a Lead Trainer for work in Central African Republic with the US State Department's Africa Peacekeeping Program (AFRICAP) SAIC supports the Bureau of African Affairs of the U.S. Department of State on the AFRICAP III IDIQ through the provision of training and advisory services, equipment procurement, and logistical support and construction services to African countries.
Roles and Responsibilities. The Lead Trainer shall assist in overseeing all elements of training programs. The lead trainer helps to define and maintain training curriculum for host country participant students, and designs metrics to report on training program and impact. The Lead Trainer provides input and guidance over the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all training and support materials. The Lead Trainer compiles lessons learned for each training session. Defines and facilitates the training logistics. The Lead Trainer builds and maintains a repository for deliverables, approaches, and lessons learned. Candidate will serve in the role of trainer and mentor for staff officers and logistics NCOs in the Central African Military. The position is in Central Africa Republic and most of the training will be conducted near the capital city Bangui. Candidate requires the ability to interact with foreign military officers for training and coordination.
The focus of the course is developing capacity to procure receive, store, issue, and account for Class II, III, IV, VI, VII, and Class IX supplies.
Minimum Requirements
Previous Military Experience required as a Company Grade Officer or Senior NCO.
At least two (2) years of directly related experience training militaries in sub-Saharan Africa.
At least two (2) years of directly related experience in conducting military-related training and leading other trainers and development of instructional-related products.
Shall be fluent in reading and speaking French at the 3/3 level.

The ideal candidate will have served as a Quartermaster Officer or Senior NCO.
