Job Summary
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
The Site Manager will serve an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) task order in support of the U.S. Department of State (DOS) in Baghdad, Iraq. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive:
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.
Provide information and materials to as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and tracking O&M services.
Acts as the Contractor’s representative ensuring that all task order requirements are met.
Responsible for allocating and managing staff resources to fullfill changing needs.
Plan and manage projects.
Control resources; monitor staff proficiency and qualifications; monitor the locations and activities of assets; and coordinate the flow of information to and from O&M staff and USG representatives.
Resolve O&M issues.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a U.S citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and required to maintain eligibilty for the duration of the contract.
Must possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts or related field.
Must have at least fifteen (15) years O&M support services and/or facilities management experience with a minimum of five years’ experience in providing such services to large facilities or operations.
Requires an International Facility Management Association (IFMA) certification as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) Facilities Management Certification (FMC) or Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) certification as a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM).
Must posses a valid driver's license from home of record.
