- Italian passport holder
- Military experience with a minimum of 6 months international deployment with operational positions, preferably within UN or NATO missions
- Honorable discharge certificate
- No criminal records (CRB)
- STCW (95)/(2010) “STCW A-VI/1-1,2,3,4”
- SSO/MSO/PDSD
- First Aid Competency Course
- English competency, minimum B2 level
- Active Security Guard decree and weapon license a plus
