Army CBRN Instructor/Trainer - 8 week assignment - (18645)
Job Description
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Former CBRN Officer / 74A (CPT – LTC) / CBRN Specialist / 74D (SSG – CSM) who has extensive experience in their perspective career field to train selected Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) in all aspects on Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for CBRN Responder Operations, Technicians, and Dismounted Reconnaissance.
This Security Assistance Training Team (SATT) is being provided to tailor a training framework and the teaching, coaching and mentoring to inculcate and close the gaps in critical areas of knowledge, skills and capability required to provide and help develop an understanding of CBRN training for the Royal Saudi Land Forces and support long term Security Assistance (SA) engagement.
This is an 8 week assignment with follow on opportunity possible.
Work Location:
Al Ahsa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively conduct classroom instruction.
Provide subject matter expertise and training support to assist RSLF in execution of CBRN response and reconnaissance tasks during combat operations.
Instruct RSLF soldiers on the skills and knowledge required to prepare for and respond to a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) incident.
Demonstrate on proper employment of CBRN Reconnaissance operations simulating Combat Conditions.
Job Requirements
Minimum of ten years’ experience working organization with no less than one-year supervising individuals performing individual course training.
Have combat experience either from Afghanistan or Iraq.
Additional Desired Background/Experience:
Prior experience as a military instructor in the related skill.
Prior experience developing military instructional material.
Prior experience working with and training foreign military personnel.
Prior experience working with foreign military personnel in the region.
Prior experience as a Security Assistance Team (SAT) team chief or SAT member.
Other Requirements:
Medical physical exam within the last 12-months with no chronic conditions that would prevent performance of duties.
Ability to present proof of recent negative HIV test and copy of immunization record.
Must possess a current US Tourist Passport (Passport must not expire within 12-months of being hired).
Must be drug-free with ability to successfully pass drug screening test.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
