Job Description
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a former US Military senior field grade officer to serve as Training Project Manager and Site Lead for the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) Comprehensive Training Project (CTP). The RSLF CTP provides the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) with an assortment of Mobile Training Teams to train their Army. As the Project Manager and Site Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall effort to deliver a series of small training teams and the technical, schedule, financial, and quality aspects of the project.
This is a US Security Assistance Training Team (SATT) that will tailor a training framework and the teaching, coaching and mentoring to inculcate and close the gaps in critical areas of knowledge, skills and capability required to provide Training for the Royal Saudi Land Forces and support long term US Security Assistance (SA) engagement.
WORK LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact between AMERICAN SYSTEMS and the US Security Cooperation Organization (US Military Training Mission to Saudi Arabia) and the host nation (Foreign Purchaser) military leadership.
Serve as Project Manager and Site Lead for AMERICAN SYSTEMS in-country project office.
Supervise all personnel assigned to the training team.
Responsible for the in-country financial and operational management of the project.
Provide advice to host nation senior military leaders regarding development of military training programs and training resource management.
Responsible for all contract deliverables to include monthly and quarterly reports.
Supervises subordinate Senior Instructor/Site Leaders for each training team.
