Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of all site personnel and resources to ensure performance of all required tasks, to successfully perform operational mission. Maintains adequate around-the-clock manning as described in the PWS.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
1. Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all assigned personnel. Ensures all personnel are properly trained and certified to safely perform their duties. Makes on the spot decisions when necessary for safe and reliable operations.
2. Manages supervisors, technical and administrative support team staff. Ensures all qualifications and requirements as prescribed for all personnel are maintained and up to date.
3. Responsible for all day to day management of site operations and maintenance activities ensuring all efforts are in compliance with management objectives, contract requirements, Program Operational Instructions and Embassy & Exelis Policies and Procedures.
4. Provides official site interface with customer and ensures compliance with all mission and customer requirements.
5. Responsible to ensure the timely requisition of all parts, supplies and equipment as related to logistics to perform mission operations.
6. Responsible for quality control at all levels within the site and develops procedures and processes to take appropriate action to identify and correct all noted deficiencies.
7. Manage custodial team operations for assigned compound.
8. Responsible for timely submission of all associated reports, and related projects as requested by PMO.
09. Reports directly to the Task Order Site Manager.
10. Performs other duties as required.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, And Power Point: Computer literate.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Interior and exterior work environments.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Work may require lifting to 50 lbs, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published company work rules.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications: High school graduate.
Experience: 5 years' progressively responsible supervisory/management experience. Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Security Clearance: Top Secret
SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages a site of up to 30 employees/direct reports.
Clearance Level required at Start Date: Top Secret
Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
