RELYANT Global, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Soldier Trainer. The Soldier Trainer provides training development, resources management, and training courses to partner nation military forces in an OCONUS environment. The instructor filling this position will be responsible for delivering multiple training courses in field and or classroom settings. Trainers should be proficient in the language of the partner nation and/or experienced with the use of translators/interpreters in the delivery of training

Responsibilities:
Training planning, design and mentorship of host nation military forces.
Conduct theoretical and practical exercises
Enforce safety while conducting training
Monitor and analyze capacity demonstrated by students and conduct re-training, as required
Write and maintain all reports and student records
Deliver all training per contract requirements
Mentor students - provide advice, support, and assistance in areas where development needs to occur
Ensure timely and quality training focused on skills relevant to one or more of the following disciplines:
Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
Vehicle Driver and Maintenance Training
Staff Skills and the Military Decision-Making Process
Human Rights
Vessel Board Search and Seizure (VBSS)
Operations Center and Command & Control
Medical (Combat Lifesaver and/or Tactical Combat Casualty Care)
Military Radio Communications
Advanced Geospatial Intelligence fundamentals
Crowd Control
Soldier Skills and Marksmanship
Counter-IED & Electronic Counter Measures
Maritime Electricians
Performing additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree or another related field (preferred)
10-15 years cumulative years of directly relevant military experience or as a civilian trainer with military forces.
Experience in Africa (preferred)
Native or rated/scored language proficiency in Amharic, Portuguese, French and/or Arabic
Ability/Experience living and working overseas in an austere environment for an extended period
United Nations Peacekeeping Operations experience preferred
