Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Training Manager/Supervisor manages the organization and oversight of day-to-day OJT/Mentorship training instruction. Manages day-to-day execution of client efforts though the coordinated efforts of assigned personnel.
Responsible to maintain sufficient instructors and their qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree Required / Master’s Degree desired.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License or military equivalent required.
The Army Instructor Training Course-TAITC Preferred or FAA equivalent
8 Years’ total experience in Business Management with 10 years’ experience in Logistics.
Must be able to obtain a CAC Card.
