Our client is looking for a Senior Security Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of security within their corporate offices in Milan. This global organisation needs your contribution to help develop security strategy to ensure the safety and security for property, people and reputation. Through effective management of your security budget you will also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
- Business continuity planning
- Management of the 3rd Party Security Contractor
- Conducting investigations
- Crisis Management
- Advising senior managers on security issues
- Conducting risk and threat assessments
- Risk Assessments
- Managing the security for special events
- Liaise with other senior stakeholders in the business to determine operational needs.
The ideal candidate would have managed corporate security in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluent English is essential as well as the ability to advise and influence senior management on all aspects of security.
