The Role:
To protect and defend our clients assets by applying professional security knowledge, expertise, experience and leadership to any point of the business value chain, and by using comprehensive understanding, interpretation and application of the technical, generic, risk, mitigation, legal, community and corporate drivers that impact value creation.
• Strategic thinking
• Able to lead/influence site security team
• Implement controls, apply Critical risk management & risk assessment.
• Work closely with E&M leadership
The Person:
• Regional experience across Africa
• Willing to travel regularly to South Africa and Madagascar
• Leading/influencing business leaders and site
• Effective at managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers and seen as a trusted partner amongst peers, leaders and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to core values - ensures compliance with the law, the way we work, policies and standards.
• Strong Investigation lead experience – provide training to rest of Group security.
• Responsible for business resilience process
• Experience with latest technology in security
• Intelligence tracking
• Experience with French language preferred.
