The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale and delivery of security solutions in Brazil. He/She will drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth through business development and operational deliveries to International SOS in Brazil. The role will focus on client engagement, the delivery of consulting and training and operational support in Brazil.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive security growth in Brazil through strong collaboration with International SOS sales and marketing teams with a focus on identifying and positioning security solutions (consulting and training).
• Provide support to regional sales staff for client/prospect meetings and marketing events to win new business and maintain key accounts in Brazil.
• Support International SOS marketing activities (e.g. speaking engagements and webinars in Portuguese/English) tailored to both Brazil-based and global clients as a regional specialist / expert including the development of cases studies.
• Support the development of proposals in conjunction with other stakeholders. Manage security input into tenders and negotiations.
• Conduct regular (at least monthly) sales and pipeline meetings with regional members of the sales team and leadership teams. Develop and manage an independent consulting and training sales pipeline in order to achieve assigned targets.
• Provide local market, customer and competitor insight.
• Deliver security awareness training, escalation planning and travel risk management consulting tasks in Brazil and elsewhere in the region as required.
• Development of consulting and training templates/material in Portuguese.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of any Consulting and Training delivery within the region as per the Quality Management System.
• Provide situational awareness to the Americas Region of potential or actual security developments in Brazil to enable effective operational planning, initiating alerts and providing input and analytical guidance to the Philadelphia Regional Security Center to ensure high-quality 24/7 delivery of Brazil travel security assessments.
• Lead on in-depth analytical reports and briefings on Brazil.
• Support provider network development and information collection effort as directed.
• Maintain online security content for Brazil and the region as directed.
• Link information and assessment of the environment to monitoring and advice and assistance services to most relevant and up to date service is delivered for Brazil.
• Support the delivery of travel security advice on Brazil including by telephone and email.
• Coordinate the activation of providers in support of client requests for travel security support and liaise to support the evacuation or movement or client travelers within or out of country during crisis.
• Participate in the duty roster of the Regional Security Center including out-of-hours and weekends on a rotational basi
Experience Required:
• Undergraduate degree (or relevant professional training) in a field related to security, risk management or international relations studies
• Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English language. Spanish language is a plus.
• Work experience in Brazil in security, risk management, analysis or consulting.(Required)
• Corporate security experience, preferably in Brazil or Latin America.(Required)
• International work (security) experience.(Preferred)
• Business development and/or consulting experience.(Preferred)
• Experience in planning, developing and delivery of training and/or security consulting.(Preferred)
