The Role
In close collaboration with the Group Security set the risk-based intelligence led agenda for security in Indonesia and work together with Indonesia management on embedding the security mind-set and culture in all business conduct and operations in Indonesia.
Lead others to foster personal achievement and excellence. Articulates and inspires commitment to security as well as Legal department overall plan of action aligned with organisation mission and goals. Instills and sustains organisation-wide energy and optimism and helps other envision a greater sense of what is possible to address security opportunities and challenges in Indonesia.
Lead the regular monitoring review, assessment, mitigation and response to security risks, issues and incidents to enable the business to operate effectively. Provide implementable and sustainable security solutions to the business by creating, modifying and enhancing programs and actions to generate strong business ownership.
The Person
- Ability to provide support and leadership across multiple disciplines and areas of expertise.
- Support, manage and engage stakeholders by leading, directing and influencing them at Indonesia level.
- Ability to create, implement and deploy global security programs.
- Ability to manage compliance with multiple governmental security regulatory programs.
- Develop and manage direct relationship with governmental agencies in support of applicable programs.
- Ability to analyses security risks, issues and incidents, develop appropriate actions plans and lead or manage them to effective resolution.
- Ability to develop effective metrics and reporting to measure and communicate program effectiveness to stakeholders and leaders.
- A sound corporate security knowledge so that you bring to the role professional leadership and experience of bedding in loss prevention programs within an MNC.
- Bachelor/Master degree preferred in Risk or Security Management
- 10 years' experience in Security(public/private) with 5 years management experience leading programs and employees
- Previous program management and leadership at multiple countries level
- Fluent in English and local language
