KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act in case that any operations that go against security policies; Cooperate to carry ship's security assessment when required; Report findings, Observation or non-conformities identified, and in cooperation with the Compliance, promptly dealt with; Implement all aspects of the Company Security Plan, where deficiencies have been identified; Amend and prepare training packages and related forms for the shipboard personnel, participate actively to the shipboard drill if required Review the periodical drill and ensure that those activities are performed as foreseen schedule and guidelines Supervise the effectiveness of the shipboard training for the Security team and other stakeholders, as required Performs audits and Security inspections, internal/external as required Propose security-related annual amendment to the SSP and Security Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Not less than 5 years in a position of a Chief Security within the cruise industry Knowledge of computer softwares, a proficient PC user Extensive knowledge and understanding of ISPS, MSC Cruises policies and cruise industry alike Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written as well as a diplomatic approach to problem solving Able to deliver training Expertise and versatility in integrating data from multiple sources for reporting to the CSO Ability to cooperate for a productive team environment, and availability to frequent travelling with short or no notice Availability to work long hours and/or out of office hours anytime is required by the business, including weekends and bank holidays
