Job Description:
Kuwait Airways (KU: IATA, KAC: ICAO) is the official national carrier of the State of Kuwait.
In this role, you will prepare new courses and instruct KAC and GHA employees in Aviation Security Training services and procedures. You are to practice excellence in teaching and instruction and demonstrate evidence of professional growth and keep abreast with current academic level.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
Conducts courses at Basic, Intermediate, Advanced levels and Conversion courses, to train and update on new procedures or equipment: Includes introduction to KAC, personal appearance and uniform , behavioral standards, Security/equipment technicalities, in- flight services and procedures.
Participates with Superior in the preparation administration of required theoretical, practical and behavioral tests and examinations as per Training and Development Department policies.
Continuously monitors trainees’ progress in or overall unsuitability. Discusses trainees’ feedback on one-to-one basis. Carries out similar or related duties as assigned, such as participating in task force committees, seminars with Security Department attendant supervisory level personnel.
Requirement:
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, plus 2 years formal education leading to a diploma preferably in the filed of military study Aviation Engineering, aviation security, Protection or any similar disciplines related to civil aviation.
At least 3 years' experience in aviation security field.
The selected candidate must have Basic Aviation Security course, Aviation Security Instructor course and National Auditor & Inspector course.
