Job Description
Ensure the capacity of CIP HQ and stations to respond to emergencies through the development and training of Emergency Response Teams (Brigadas).
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Security Staff and contracted security providers.
Ensure that CIP meets the legal standards for Occupational Health and Safety (SST).
Ensure the maintenance and functionality of SSEP infrastructure.
Maintain and when needed develop SSEP policies / guidelines and procedures in accordance with laws, organizational needs and relevant risks and emergencies, and ensure their implementation.
Support the development of an organizational culture focused on staff welfare through awareness campaigns and training related to SSEP.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise and support the development of the team (workplans, evaluations).
Manage budget planning and expenditures
Ensure detailed register of all SSEP activities including training events, incidents in PERU
Ensure incident investigations are conducted professionally and in a timely manner.
Ensure execution of mandated activities such as OHS Charlas, committee meetings, certifications, and evaluations for staff and CIP as an institution.
Ensure accessibility of SSEP information on a program SharePoint Site.
Provide analysis and reports related to program performance indicators including statistics of incidents, budget, training, etc.
Coordinate and Execute SSEP yearly program calendar
Maintain awareness of SSEP risks / threats in Peru, ensure reporting of relevant information.
Co-supervise the security coordinator and the security assistant and escort driver.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, emergency management or any realted fields.
At least 5 years of experience in the area.
At least 2 year of experience working in organizations with over 100 employees (desirable).
Knowledge of Peruvian Legislation is needed. (N°29783)
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficient on Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Power Point).
