Location Overseas - Iraq
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Security Escort Foreman for our current contract located on Camp Taji, Iraq.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to provide daily security escort services to USG convoys, and others, at Camp Taji
• Guides the security escorts in the performance of their duties, to ensure all security regulations and procedures are adhered
• Greets driver(s) of incoming vehicles, convoys and shipments at the front gate, and verifies all of the documentation provided by the driver(s) is in compliance
• Ensures all incoming personnel are properly searched and escorted to the Badging Office to receive the appropriate level of access and approval for site entry
• Ensures all visitors are continuously escorted, as required, remain in full visibility of the escort, as required, and ensures all security badges, lanyards, and other provided documents or items are returned before departing the site
• Reports to the SOSi Badging office any suspicious activity
• Understands site regulations for visitors
• Ensures visitors do not take photographs or enter prohibited areas while on the site
• Complies with site speed limits and driving regulations
• Ensures drivers are provided with the necessary documentation before departing the site, especially for rejected materials
• Understands and follows site protocol in the event of an attack or emergency, knows where the SOSi Clinic is located
• Adheres to SOSi’s codes of conduct and all pertinent standard operating procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Requires at least a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with overseas security and badging operations
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Minimum two (2) years of experience developing and writing reports
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be fluent in Arabic

• Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
• Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
• Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
• Extended hours or weekend work sometimes required to meet department deadlines.
