This position is part of the Cupertino-based Global Security Investigations Team. The person holding this position will join a team of experienced attorneys, investigators and analysts dedicated to protecting Apple by investigating significant matters that affect the company. This position requires occasional night, weekend and holiday work when exigencies demand.
This position is based in Cupertino, CA, and will require occasional domestic and international travel as well as some night, weekend, holiday work.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years investigative experience
Experience conducting complex investigations involving broad categories related to corporate espionage or fraud
Skilled interviewer
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Prior corporate investigative experience preferable
Familiarity with Information Security issues and overseas experience are highly desirable
Description
The successful candidate will conduct the full range of investigations related to Apple's personnel, property, products, services, and reputation.
Such matters will include, but not will not be limited to, leaks of proprietary information and technologies, theft of intellectual property, theft of employee or customer information, financial information, cyber crimes, fraud, and cargo theft across all Apple business lines.
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science or Arts. PSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or equivalent certification are a plus.
