We are currently searching for a highly trained senior security professional for the position as Regional Security Officer (RSO) on a rotation basis schedule. The RSO should have a diverse experience working for International State- and Non-State Actors, e.g., United Nations. Moreover, the position requires experience conducting in-depth planning, reporting and developing security policies and operational risk analysis to provide a flexible, pragmatic and proactive approach to manage security operations. The RSO is expected to monitor and develop the operational environment, designing organizational resilient strategic framework by ICOCA standards in a multinational environment.

Developing Security Policies
Situational analysis and Risk assessments
Personnel Security and Training
Information and Communication (ICT)
Physical security and Loss Prevention
Business Continuity Management
Intelligence
Due diligence
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in International security- or risk management/and or related functions
Several years of documented leadership experience, including programme management, staff duties, and operational responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of Information Security
Clean criminal background check
Fluency in written and spoken English
Swedish citizenship
Desirable:
Advanced University degree (Master´s or equivalent degree) in international relations, law, public administration, business administration, management, or related area. In lieu of an advanced University degree, the following is accepted:
First level University degree in any of these fields in combination with:
Diploma from Police, Military or a Private Security organization with five years experience of managing security operations.
