OTTS a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business has provided staff augmentation and weapons training services since 2008. Our staff is primarily comprised of retired military personnel who have been trained in the safe and effective use of firearms as well as security protocols and operations. We are currently seeking PSG candidates to join our team.
Summary/Scope of Work
The PSG will serve as the first line of defense in protecting client personnel from any attack.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Coordinates and communicates response with client management and local law enforcement officers (LEOs)
Offers support functions for client personnel and LEOs
Investigates potential threats as needed
Serves as a visible deterrent to all threats
Performs security patrols of various areas; watches for irregular or unusual conditions
Coordinates evacuation and lockdown operations
Provides protection for client personnel against threats
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
U.S. citizen
Class G Security license
HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years law enforcement or military experience
Honorable military discharge
Available during client operation hours
Ability to complete comprehensive psychological evaluation, annual weapons qualification, and annual Active Shooter Training with local law enforcement
Familiar with accountability and physical security requirements
