Location: Djibouti (East Africa)
Period of Performance: 1 base year, plus 4 option years
Salary: The BASE pay, before uplifts is $112K The post Hardship differential in Djibouti is currently 30% also paid housing, mobilization/mobilization and R&R trips.
Benefits, including Paid time off, also included. Works 6 days a week/ 8 hours per day.

Required Personnel Qualifications:
a. Ten (10) years’ uniformed experience in surface maritime domain with the United States Navy or United States Coast Guard.
b. Five (5) years’ hands-on experience in operations and maintenance of Defender and Shark Boat watercraft or similar watercraft, such as patrol and other mono-hull watercraft.
c. Five (5) years’ experience in Small Boat Operations.
d. Five (5) years’ experience in Maritime Interdiction.
e. Five (5) years’ experience in Maritime Supply and Logistics.
f. Five (5) years’ experience in Maritime Maintenance/Engineering.
g. Three (3) years working in Sub – Saharan Africa or a post-conflict country
h. Two (2) years’ experience developing and delivering maintenance or logistics training modules to foreign militarys.
i. U.S. citizen capable of maintaining a Secret clearance.
