Additional responsibilities include the development of efficient and safe operation of the site's physical security operations. Directs the loss prevention and perimeter control procedures to insure the proper procedures are followed. Develops and manages corrective actions to upgrade the physical and technical posture of the site's physical security. Develops and implements enhancements of security inspections procedures to prevent security/safety hazards, and ensures the proper procedures are followed. Monitors performance and assignments of personnel and makes sporadic inspections to insure they are properly equipped, trained and fulfilling their duties in compliance with organization policies. Acts as liaison to stakeholders, Real Estate Services and field operations in the areas of security operations as well as the design and implementation of physical security systems. Identifies and recommends electronic access control equipment designed to detect unauthorized entry into facilities or property. Manages access and perimeter control operational procedures, conveying and verifying security requirements at the assigned facility. Manages personnel responsible for electronic and physical security systems, evaluates performance, and develops process and procedures to minimize risks. Monitors and coordinates Emergency Response operational plans compliance with governmental agencies and related activities as required. Coordinates physical security administrative and operational matters with management, local law enforcement and client/customers to ensure continuity of operations. Manages the activities and provides leadership direction to the professional, technical and support staff within the organization unit. Reviews and administers third party contract companies to insure timely and accurate invoices. Manages and directs the incident reporting system to insure that all information is provided to senior management as needed. 

Requires at minimum, a high school diploma and five (5) or more years of physical security operational management experience to include experience in domestic and international security planning and program implementation. A Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred. coordination, removal and delivery of Transferee’s household goods ("Hhgs") between the U.S./Canada and Halliburton's international locations. The Senior Coordinator collects personal data, forms and formal agreements from the Transferee in order to provide counsel, support, and coordination of benefits during the relocation process. Based on the logistics of a move, the jobholder applies knowledge of the supply chain capabilities, competing bids, and traffic-lane history to evaluate and appoint the appropriate freight forwarders, manage total relocation costs, and evaluate requests for exceptions to policy (e.g., for additional container volume beyond that provided in policies). The Senior Coordinator tracks all in-process relocations, monitoring vendor performance (packing, loading, on-time delivery, communications with employee, navigating customs, completion of delivery, etc.) to ensure services provided are consistent with expectations, resolve any issues that may arise, and identify any implications for vendor selection in future moves. Requires an understanding of international freight forwarding and domestic household goods move management including containerization, steam ship and airway practices, Customs, origin and destination agency capabilities, in order to select vendors and facilitate the relocation process. Requires an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a Hhgs industry position or corporate relocation department.
