Munitions Officer Instructor- OCONUS (Saudi Arabia)

Summary:
The Munitions Officer Instructor will perform On-the-Job Training and Upgrade Training to RSAF Munitions Officer students in accordance with the corresponding USAF CFETP and RSAF upgrade requirements. The Instructor shall at minimum have at least 10 years’ experience as a USAF Munitions or Aircraft Maintenance Officer or equivalent from another service or RSAF with at least 5 years of munitions experience. The instructor shall be fully capable of performing munitions officer positions within a typical Maintenance Group or RSAF Logistics Wing and have a level of maturity and experience as a leader in the field so that leadership and management principles may be imparted upon the RSAF officer students. Perform other duties as required, such as developing curriculum to be used in this field.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT) as required to upgrade RSAF Munitions Officers using USAF CFETPs and RSAF publications related to the career field and officer training in general. Perform other related duties as assigned.
The upgrade training will require classroom and hands-on demonstration to develop competent officers for the Munitions Officer career field.
Develop curriculum as required.

Required educational/skills background:
1. College degree required (pre-requisite for USAF officers) or RSAF equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years’ previous experience in the USAF or RSAF or similar service as a munitions or aircraft maintenance officer with at least 5 years’ experience in munitions.
3. Held rank of major or higher.
