Job Summary
Manages the Munitions Stock Record Accounts for the Contract. Assists in the development of plans and policies of the Combat Ammunition System (CAS). Assists the Munitions Functional Lead in overall management of the Munitions Program. Carries out all duties in accordance with DynCorp International ISO 9001 Quality and Safety Standards.
Principle Accountabilities
Performs as the focal contact for all the munitions accountability issues in the Contract in accordance with USAF standards and the PWS, advising all concerned.
Ensures all transactions affecting the Contract’s munitions accounts are processed into CAS and auditable records available to support the transactions.
Conducts audit visits of the Departments to analyze the accountability processes.
Audits all accountable transactions and performs all document control actions.
Maintains the Regional Ammunition Control Point for the Contract.
Coordinates, monitors, and assures the accuracy of all recurring Contract reports, computer transactions and other outgoing correspondence for accountability.
Conducts munitions semi-annual inventories and analyzes accountable records.
Assists in development, coordination and management of the Munitions Quality Control, Training and Explosives Safety Programs.
In the absence of the Munitions Functional Lead, performs all those functions.
Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Munitions Functional Lead.
Knowledge & Skills
Must have knowledge and experience in USAF Management, Logistics and Maintenance Systems.
Experience & Education
Must have four years experience as a Munitions Operations Technician, Supervisor or Superintendent with three years experience with Combat Ammunition System Base, and/or Command (CAS-B/C) software.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Works in normal office environment.
Travel /Other
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
