We have an opportunity for an "Assistant Security Manager" to be part of our senior middle management team.Key scope that becomes part of the role, but not limited is;
· Support & Manage the day to day operation of the security department
· Ensure compliance to UAE laws and international security standards
· Provide directions and support to the team
· Ensure operational astuteness
Key skill sets that becomes part of the role, but not limited are;
Has worked in a similar role in a luxury/ upscale property for a minimum of two years in UAE
Has supported large operations, which include room inventory of over 400 rooms, residence component, extensive food & beverage operations and nightlife environment
Solid understanding of market dynamics, ground realities and key wins to connect
Confidence to engage with key stakeholders and ability to communicate
Arabic language proficiency is a must
