Job Introduction:

G4S Ordnance Management are currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified EOD/IEDD/Clearance Team Leaders for a new, short notice contract.

Role Responsibility:


The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess and be able to provide evidence of the following (therefore, please do not apply if you do not meet with the stipulated criteria):

EOD L3 Qualification delivered by internationally recognized organization.
IEDD experience.
Training experience.
Experience of Community liaison with local authorities and population.
Experience of Non-Technical and Technical survey in rural and urbanised area.
Battle Area Clearance in rural and urbanised area.
Experience of Intervention on ERW including render safe procedures using explosive if possible.
IT competent- MS office suite, Google Pro.
Conflict or post conflict environment.
Up-to-date references; ie last contract.
Medically and physically fit for duty in austere environments.
Driving licence.
Flexibly and independently deploy operational components in the area of operations.
Ability to effectively liaise with local authorities and/or communities to gain acceptance of operations.
Identify and move explosive hazards (ie. UXO, IED, improvised landmines, booby traps, etc).
Conduct EOD-spot task as required.
Conduct post-blast investigation.
