Job purpose and key deliverables
· Provide timely advice based on analysis /assessment of security risk / threat and impact to enable well informed business decision.
· Develop and execute security plans to meet company business objectives.
· Continuously review, implement and maintain effective security policy, procedures and practices to ensure safety and protection of personnel, assets, information and business operational activities.

· Lead and drive the strategic and tactical communications solutions that contribute to the delivery of BAT Cambodia’s objectives and add value to the business. The role encompasses several key activities, including media relations, communications strategy & planning, thought leadership, tactical execution of communications plans and activities, as well as business support and change management.
· Lead the building of LEX’s internal relationships within the Company particularly addressing the requirements of the Marketing and Operations departments.
· Effectively implement the LEX internal and external communications strategies by proactively communicating to both our internal and external stakeholders through providing regular business information using all relevant communication channels and medium.
Essential requirements
Able to carry out relevant risk assessment(s) of the potential threats to personnel, assets, information, installations and business operations, and take appropriate security/ mitigation measures including the development of procedures and plans.
Able to provide appropriate resources to protect all Company assets and personnel in a cost effective manner
Able to draft a media article and press release
Ensure that company SLA are communicated to all employee
