Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of travel security services in
conjunction with regional and global peers. He/She will drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth
through business development support in Mexico. The role will have a particular focus on Security Operations and Sales Support in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
Security Operations
Provide situational awareness to the Americas Region of potential or actual developments in Mexico to
enable effective operational planning, initiating alerts and providing input and analytical guidance to the
Regional Assessments team to ensure high-quality 24/7 delivery of Mexico travel security assessments.
Produce a weekly Direction and guidance for the collection of information and monitoring of the
environment
Produce travel security alerts as defined in yearly objectives
Produce weekly and monthly analytical forecasts on Mexico and the region as directed.
Lead on in-depth analytical reports and briefings on Mexico.
Support provider network development and information collection effort as directed.
Maintain online security content for Mexico and the region as directed.
Link information and assessment of the environment to monitoring and advice and assistance services
to most relevant and up to date service is delivered for Mexico.
Support the delivery of travel security advice on Mexico including by telephone and email,
Coordinate the activation of providers in support of client requests for travel security support Coordinate
and liaise to support the evacuation or movement or client travelers within or out of country during crisis.
Participate in the duty roster of the Regional Security Center including out-of-hours and weekends on a
rotational basis.
Deploy as part of an Incident Management Team in response to an incident in Mexico or elsewhere in
the region to support security operations in crisis and events
Contribute to maintaining operational readiness of the Americas Regional Security Center.
Contribute to building and maintenance a network of high quality security service providers with
responsibility for the relationships in Mexico, working closely with the local office and the
Global Assistance Network teams .

Required Skills and Knowledge
Security risk management expertise including crisis management planning, physical site security surveys,
and/or executive protection
Business development and/or consultancy experience: Focus on customer needs and satisfaction; Sets
high standards for quality in service delivery
Effective skills presenting and communicating information with clients, internal stakeholders and external
audiences including public marketing events
Highly effective written and verbal communications
Strong analytical skills and ability to make clear judgments about the impact of security incidents on client activities
Good organizational skills including ability to set goals, define objectives and plan for achievement
Strong network of contacts in the corporate security sector of the Mexican market
International work and travel experience (preferably in Mexico or more broadly in Latin America)
Training delivery experience
Required Work Experience
International work experience in Mexico preferably in security, risk management, analysis or consulting
Corporate security experience preferably in Mexico or Latin America
Planning, development and delivery of training and/or security consulting
B2B or B2C content production experience with publication in internal or external mediums preferably in Latin America
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (or relevant professional training) in a field related to security, risk management or
international relations studies.
Required Languages
Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English language.
Travel / Rotation Requirements
Regular domestic travel will be required dependent on business needs.
Less than 25% travel within the Americas region dependent on business needs.
Rotational on-call assignment out-of-hours as part of the Americas region.
