Armed Guard (Static) High Threat Dignitary Protection

Our confidential Client is currently accepting applications to perform work on a High Threat Dignitary Protection Contract. Various locations throughout MENA and other austere theaters of operation.
Position Summary: Perform internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel entry control points (ECP), perimeter towers, internal roving patrols, mobile patrols and armed and unarmed escort guard services and duties.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide the required armed manning at designated ECPs to detect, identify, report, and guard against unauthorized personnel and contraband, as well as instruments of damage and destruction to prevent threats from entering the installation
Provide the required armed manning at designated towers, internal & external control points and internal & external roving patrols to detect, identify, report, and guard against unauthorized personnel and contraband, as well as, instruments of damage and destruction to prevent threats from entering the installation
Monitor non-badged Local Nationals working on base construction, maintenance, repair, housekeeping and grounds keeping projects.
Perform screener duties by searching visitors, their vehicles, and their belongings. (Female screeners must be available to search females as male screeners must be available to search males.)
Maintain log books and accountability of all equipment.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the customer/client.Experience Requirements
Working knowledge of U.S. Embassies, CENTCOM, and ITAR/OFAC.
Extensive Middle East high-level relationship building expertise.
Ability to manage logistics in austere environments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Ability to travel as requested or required based on organizational needs and to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Screeners will be proficient at utilizing a hand-held metal detectors, walk-through metal detectors, and high throughput personnel inspection systems (Rapid Scan).
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills working in international and multi-cultural environments,Mandatory Candidate Qualifications
US Citizen, Valid US Driver’s License, Valid US Passport, Active US Secret Clearance.
Minimum 23 years of age
Ability to speak and understand English
Must be able to pass all medical and physical screenings
Familiarity with physical security and access controls
Possess a military background with a minimum of 1 years’ combat arms experience or possess a police background with a minimum of 1 years operational experience
Familiar with contract issued weapons and able to qualify on primary weapons e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, and 7.62mm.
Subject to working rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands
Must be able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
Able to perform security guard services, at any security posting for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain, or snow.
