Responsibilities
Security of Personnel
Ensure Security rules of the Site are fully known and understood by all personnel
Realize frequent Security checks at accommodation and working sites and offices
Ensure adequate Security training is in place for Project employees and subcontractors
Ensure that a missing personnel search plan is in place in winter period
Travel / Traffic Security
Ensure traffic rules are respected inside the Camp and Office areas
Threat risk assessment and Country Security analysis
Assess the Security situation of areas where the project is located and release relevant information to Management and Project staff after functional and operations agreement
Dispatch the Security information and messages released by Technip Corporate Security to any staff under Project responsibility.
Incident Management and Emergency Response
Manage the incidents / emergencies at tactical level;
Monitor POS document on regular basis in cooperation with Business Administration department;
Set the relevant Emergency Response and Crisis Management structure by:
Forecasting all necessary means to tackle an emergency
Being compliant with the notification, investigation and reporting procedure in case of incident
Training the Security teams and relevant personnel
Organizing regular drills and exercises on Emergency Security issues
Protection of assets
Ensure relevant Security measures are implemented in the Site areas where Project assets are located
Regularly coordinate with Construction, Materials and Logistics departments to fulfill their needs in terms of assets protection
Perform regular checks in the correspondent areas and ensure the correct follow up of the possible recommendations
Information protection
Ensure compliance with Project Information Security Policy in cooperation with Project Information Security Manager
Managing Responsibilities and Interactions
Supervise local Security Team: Security Officers and Badging Officers
Coordinate Security Provider’s (guards) activity and ensure its compliance with Project Security Policy
Interactions and Communication
Permanently communicate with Project Construction Director on Site Security matters, as well as all relevant departments
Communicate to Project staff relevant Security information to promote a secure working environment, raise Project staff awareness on Security issues
Regularly coordinate with Client and Subcontractors Security representatives on common Security matters, interact with local authorities
Profile
Requirements:
Must have
University Degree or equivalent
Previous experience as a Security Manager, or equivalent
Demonstrate several years of relevant security experience in the Protection of people, assets and information
Capacity to work in a multi-cultural environment
Spirit of initiative and anticipation
Experience in the Management and coordination of Security Personnel including external contractors
Fluent English is a compulsory requirement

The Yamal LNG project is one of the largest industrial undertakings in the Arctic. It will eventually involve the drilling of more than 200 wells, the construction of 3 LNG trains, each with a capacity of 5.5 million tons per year, and a vast gas terminal, and the commissioning (a world first) of 16 icebreaker tankers, each able to transport 170,000 m³.
