The Role
Partner with Asia Pacific functional heads and the Corporate Security team to drive a proactive brand protection, anti-counterfeit program, to include the protection of Assets, People, Product and Information security including but not restricted to:
Ensure consistent application of security programs to mitigate security risks with a strong emphasis on Product Security Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of security solutions and lead improvement to embed security in the business Be proactive and a catalyst for new and innovative thinking around security in APAC to generate more management ownership of brand protection and anti-counterfeit initiatives. Manages, mentors security professionals and business leadership in the region Lead the cultural change toward security to sustainably improve security behaviour and return on investment
Accountabilities
Lead Product Security program implementation and operationalization in APAC Coordinate detection and assessment of all counterfeit cases Coordinate within enforcement of counterfeit cases including 3rd party Product Security investigators coordination on the ground Deploy Product Security risk mitigation program based on local/need approach such as delivering the message Lead sample collection program based on local needs and demands Manage the production and timely delivery of APAC security reports. Observe and assess the local security situation and establish an early-warning system for country and locally relevant security risks Lead implementation and operationalization of security incident reporting from sites Enable best-practice sharing across functional entities to ensure that the security program implementation is both consistent and progressive Develop and lead liaison with Law Enforcement (Police, Intelligence Authorities) and establish and maintain effective liaisons with external consultants and security professionals and other corporations with mutual interest.

Candidate profile:
You must have proven commercial experience with brand protection within the APAC region 50% travel in the region to lead security strategy implementation Good experience in security deployment program in APAC for an MNC Strong connection to relevant Law Enforcement/Authority bodies and security industry in APAC Good experience in global security projects development and roll-out (e.g.: anti-counterfeiting program) leadership You will have experience in Vietnam, India as well exposure to the APAC region in general
