Position Summary
Our client is a leading reputable retail group with extensive operations across the world. Due to the expansion and development in the Asia Pacific region, they are recently looking for a seasoned calibre to join their regional team in driving, developing and executing new and existing safety and security programs that comply with the group’s worldwide standards.
The right caliber is expected to:
Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as business partners and suppliers to drive new safety and security programs, to plan process improvement projects, as well to ensure successful execution of the programs.
Manage, monitor and update program activities including schedule, progress and costs to ensure the programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Successful calibre should be at least eight years’ working experience with demonstrated ability in project management. Experience in partnering with various departments to develop business solutions and provide consultative solution and recommendations for the senior management. The person should have strong problem-solving, communication, presentation and analytical skills with advanced knowledge of project
management, setting company goals and objectives. Fluency in English a must.
