Ability to develop security process, initiatives designed to prevent unauthorized access to information and premises.
Ability to creates and enhances policies and procedures for screening contractors, vendors, temporary help, non-company drivers, and other authorized outsiders
Ability to monitors industry for new security-related technologies and systems.
Handling criminal case report to the police
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and application of IS system)
Good written and spoken in English, and Strong communication skill
High energy, good human relation, strong on leadership and personnel interaction.

Security Operation
- Plan, organize and coordinate all phases of the security operation at the location.
- Coordinate with Corporate Security team to execute risk reducing initiatives at the operating location.
- Ensure security policies and procedures are followed by the contract security team. Complete accurate and efficient reports on theft, fire, safety and security and submit to location management and Corporate Security for review on a regular basis.
- Conduct security inspections of the location to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Conduct security investigations in coordination with the security vendor.
- Confer with representatives of law enforcement to ensure cooperation and coordination of the site.
- Develop and update site specific security post orders which establish operational procedures for activities such as emergency response, vehicle check out, guarding and patrolling, orienting and monitoring of personnel, investigations of accidents and criminal acts.
- Visibly demonstrate security commitment by following all security standards established by WD corporate Security. Work in cooperation with Corporate Security in support of all security activities aligned with Security Excellence.
- Responsible for managing the vendor relationship at the location in accordance with guidance provided by Corporate Security.
- Responsible for developing and managing the security training program for the contract staff and employees at the location. Coordinate with Corporate Security in order to comply with corporate security guidelines and directives.
- Ensure site specific training of emergency procedures for both contract employees and WDTH employees were provided.
- Review all security reporting completed by the contract security team and provide weekly summaries to the Staff meeting. Also conduct analytical review of security reporting and make changes to the security site specific program.
- Assist WD Depts. (Facility, EHS and HR) with security needs.
- Determining appropriate level of security resources required to meet security program objectives, consistent with budgetary requirements. Review departmental performance against key. Performance indicators and metrics to ensure vendor adheres to contractual obligations.
- Effectively leads by setting an example in behavior, WD Core values and ensuring that all employees are following it.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct..
- Partner with local support teams (i.e. Finance, HR, Facility, Safety, Security, IT) to ensure effective and efficient operational processes that align with company objectives and strategies and high quality customer service and support.
- Responding to business and medical Emergencies.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Ensure that regular preventive maintenance on all systems related to fire prevention, fire extinguishing, CCTV, alarms, and other safety-related systems is completed and documented and that the systems are in good working condition.
- Ensure that physical access and key management to the store is compliant to the approved card access matrix and Group Risk Manual.
- Take responsibilities to liaise with the local authorities and organizations as a representative of the Company when needed (police, fire brigades, fraud investigators, etc.). Participate actively in the store’s Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Committee.
- Own in preparing and ensure security system policies and procedures, advice department heads of any requirements for effective control of security system to comply WD Cooperated Policy, Loss Prevention System and C-TPAT Standards.
- Response and make sure effective of security system or initiative projects for security improvement.
