The Senior MTA shall be the Team Chief. The Team Chief will supervise all members and coordinate with the appropriate, on-site government representative to ensure all daily requirements are completed.
Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
Recent operational experience in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces
Former U.S. Army or Marine Corps officer or warrant officer with experience working on a staff in a general officer level command.
At least one active duty deployment to Afghanistan between 2002 and 2013.
Experience in one-on-one interaction with senior Afghan military leaders, colonel or above.
Experience at corps level or higher development and execution of tactical maneuver training programs.
Experience in live fire range training operations.
Experience in the operation of various individual and crew-served weapons.
Working knowledge (knowledge adequate for practical use) of Microsoft Suite Applications, i.e., Power Point, Word, Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with the RCBS program
