Responsibilities:
The Interdiction Task Order is seeking an
individual to coordinate security activities for the Interdiction
Compounds in Kabul, Afghanistan.
- Supervise the Security Unit staff which consists of Local National (LN) and Foreign National (FN) employees.
- Coordinates movements and protocols with the security provider.
- Oversees vendor access control coordination and security escorts.
- Responsible for coordinating and tracking the vetting of LN employees with the Regional Security Officer (RSO).
- Responsible for coordinating and tracking Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) processing for FN employees.
- May develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports; may produce, revise, or refine formal presentation materials, using presentation software
- Maintain inventory of all security assets to include body armor, weapons, ammunition and radio inventory.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Three years’ experience in high level administrative functions.
- One year experience in an OCOUNS environment.
- Preferred experience working in law enforcement or security.
- Preferred supervisory experience.
- Familiarization with DoS/DoD security procedures and policies preferred.
- Excellent report writing capabilities.
- Familiarization with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to obtain an MRPT.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
