Working closely with our Security Management team you will be
responsible for assisting the greater team achieve our goals and
continue to drive excellence across the property, with a particular focus on
the soon to be opened Event Centre.

We are seeking an observer: eager to supervise, support and lead our security staff, ensuring customer service and operational requirements are everyone's priority.
We are seeking a supporter: keen to direct our diverse teams, involving yourself in the future of our staff from recruitment, to training & development, performance management, and the overall planning requirements of our teams. The challenge here is being the candidate that can turn observing into supporting. - Current full NSW SLED *1AC Security Licence (unfortunately we cannot accept provisional license holders)
- Current valid Senior First Aid certificate
- Demonstrated skills in Incident Management
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Valid RSA Certificate & Valid RCG Accreditations - accompanied by an understanding of these laws as they relate to our organisation
- Demonstrated experience supervising a team – preferably gained working within a large entertainment venue
- An understanding of laws as they relate to our organisation, in particular Casino Control Act and regulations, NSW Liquor Act, Security Industry Act and the Crimes Act.
